As many of you know, I am running for a seat on the Boone Hospital Board of Trustees in the April 4 election. I have given it careful consideration and believe that I can bring a significant amount of institutional knowledge of the hospital that will help the trustees make decisions about Boone Hospital’s future.
I had the privilege of working alongside the many outstanding employees and medical staff at Boone Hospital for 38 years providing exceptional healthcare to the citizens of mid-Missouri. Being the CFO and COO of the hospital gave me the unparalleled experience of understanding the financial and professional resources necessary to provide exceptional care to those we serve.
Over the next five years, Boone Hospital trustees will face critical decisions that will determine the future of our county’s hospital. With my financial background and insight into the administrative process of the hospital, I can hit the ground running. I have a solid relationship with the hospital’s medical staff and its 2,000 employees.
